Earlier we heard that Veena Malik filed the lawsuit against FHM India, the chief editor and the photographer of the magazine for her fake nude photo shoot they published in their December 2011 issue. Malik demanded Rs. 10 crores as damages from the magazine. Now another twist in the tale emerged. The magazine itself has sued the actressin their legal reply to her lawsuit claiming for the payment of Rs. 250 million as damages.
