Growing up in a small town, Baggett was on the cheerleading squad, played basketball and participated in track. Baggett originally aspired to be a traditional model, but was turned down because of her height (5′2″). Her big break came when she auditioned for well known photographer Harvey Butts. Baggett burst onto the national scene in May 1995 when she appeared on the cover of Playboy’s Book of Lingerie.
