 Green, yellow, orange or red, pepper, although consumed as a vegetable, is in fact the fruit of a plant.Its colour changes according to whether it is mature or not: until it is mature, it is green, then becomes yellow and then orange and finally red when ripe...

Pepper contains mainly:
•Vitamin C:Protects our bones and teeth and has a role in the absorption of the iron.
•Vitamine A: promotes healthy vision and protects against infections and promotes the growth of bones and teeth.
•Vitamine B2, B3 and B6, manganese and copper.
